The normal one hour gorilla permit costs USD700 (2018-19 but subject to change in 2020) while a four hour gorilla habituation experience permit costs USD1500. UWA has launched a campaign where all those who had booked a one hour gorilla permit can upgrade to gorilla habituation permit to make sure that the hours are increased from one to four.
