Booking gorilla permits for your winter hiking holiday
Your winter break gorilla trekking safari holiday will only be guaranteed if gorilla permits to see mountain gorillas in Uganda or Rwanda are booked and confirmed. Gorilla permits are cards that allow you to spend one hour with a given family of habituated mountain gorillas. This gorilla permit is a property of Uganda wildlife Authority in Uganda, and RDB in Rwanda. A gorilla permit includes one hour with the gorillas, services of a ranger guide, park entry fees for Bwindi, Mgahinga and or Volcanoes National Park. With your gorilla permit, you will be allowed to take still photographs and simple videos as well as a certificate at the end of the trek.

Send us an email indicating the date when you intend to trek gorillas between December and February. After payment, we request you to send us proof of payment so that we go ahead and secure your gorilla permit since it takes 2-3 working days for your funds to show on our account. As we wait for your money to show on our account, we will use our credit to pay for your gorilla permit.
Once gorilla permits are paid for and secured, we will send you scanned copies of receipts and will collect your gorilla permit cards closer to the trekking date. We will keep your card safely at our office and hand them to our guide who will be with them until the day of gorilla trekking.
