This is customized for those interested in chimpanzee trek, cultural tour and Crater Lake exploration. You will visit the Kibale Tropical forest for the chimpanzee trek, then Visit the crater lakes as this is referred to as a crater region, the culture at Nyakasura caves, the Kings Palace and Fort portal town tour.

Detailed Itinerary
Arrival
- You’ll be picked up from the airport (or hotel)
- Accommodation before the tour departs can be arranged for extra cost
DAY 1: Pick up from Kampala/Entebbe and Drive to Kibale Forest National Park
Today you will meet your guide in the morning at the Airport/Hotel and start your drive Kibale Forest National Park. You will have lunch stop in Fort portal and other scenic spots for photography. You will arrive in Kibale late afternoon for refreshment and overnight stay.

DAY 2: Chimpanzee tracking and Bigodi wetland walk
After breakfast you will drive to Kibale National Park headquarters at Kanyankyu for briefing about the dos and don’ts while in the forest trekking chimpanzees. You and your guide plus other clients will head to the forest to look for a given community of wild but habituated chimpanzees. You will be allowed to spend one hour with chimps for photography and observation but your walk will be punctuated by lots of birds, other primates among others. After your chimp trek, you will drive to the nearby Bigodi village for a wetland walk to identify other primates and birds that you could have missed on your trek. Bigodi wetland walk is controlled by the community and when one participates in it, all returns will be given to the local community for development

DAY 3: Crater Lake Visit and Nyakasure Caves Cultural experience
Today after breakfast, you will visit some of the crater lakes around in Kibale and Kabarole district, some crater lakes are close to several lodges, and you can opt to have a nature walk to the lakes, you will then have a town tour even to the Tooro Palace for cultural touch. You will have lunch and drive to Nyakasura caves for a unique cultural experience as well. You will return in the evening for dinner and overnight at the lodge

DAY 4: Drive Back to Entebbe/Kampala to end the trip
After breakfast, you will bid farewell to the lodge and start your drive back to Kampala/Entebbe to end the trip. With this, you can be dropped at the Hotel or Entebbe International Airport for your flight out.

Our standard mode of transport is by road and we use 4×4 Safari Vans customized for game viewing and photography. Each safari van comes with a professionally trained driver guide and fuel for the whole safari. Our Safari vans have viewing hatches and each client is entitled to a window seat. Our Vans can take up to eight people. We also have 4×4 Super Customs very comfortable and stable on the road. These carry up to 5 people with their luggage. We also have 4×4 RAV 4 for a group of two people
UPGRADE: 4X4 LUXURY SAFARI LANDCRUISER
We have luxury latest Land cruisers each driven by professionally trained driver guides and fuel. They have pop-up roofs for proper game viewing and photography. They come with a small fridge for cooling your drinking water while on safari (which is always included while IN THE VEHICLE). They have inverters for charging small gadgets such as your smartphones and cameras. They can seat five to a maximum of seven people and each client is guaranteed of a window seat.
