Family is key to the Batwa so they take you through the traditional life of the Batwa pygmies. They present demos of their hunting skills, how they harvested wild honey, traditional folk performances and so much more.
In the past, the Batwa used to raid the gardens of farming neighbors and retreat into the 342 meters long Garama cave placed close to the edge of Mgahinga National Park. This cave also acted like the council chamber for the Batwa.
As of today, the Garama caves are the auditorium for traditional Batwa performances and a reminder of there passed life.

Hike Mgahinga National Park Mountains On Honeymoon

When Is the Best Time To Book Gorilla Trekking In Mgahinga National Park
